Shipping Policy

We ship to worldwide and partner with major international shipping companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT. We provide free shipping with airmail and free shipping with expedited delivery if the ordered items exceed a certain quantity.

It is very important to provide accurate shipping information and we do not deliver to a P. O. Box address. We are not responsible for any return due to wrong shipping information provided.

We offer the following shipping methods on a worldwide basis:

• 1. FREE SHIPPING - 14 to 20 days delivery by airmail (Signature required)
• 2. FREE SHIPPING – 3 to 6 days expedited delivery with DHL/TNT/Fedex/UPS for order with more than 3 pieces in quantity
• 3. DISCOUNTED SHIPPING - 3 to 6 days expedited delivery with DHL/TNT/Fedex/UPS for order with less than 3 pieces in quantity

Tracking Number

You can view the tracking number in your member’s account upon signing into our website. Please email us if you did not receive a tracking number after 7 working days from the date of order, or you did not receive the package after 14 days the package was sent. For remote areas, it may take an additional 2 to 3 days to reach, depending on the location.
